    Silhouette Advisors LLC

    Effective Date: August 17, 2026 · Last Updated: August 17, 2026

    Silhouette Advisors LLC (“Silhouette Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of those who visit our website and engage with our firm. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you. It applies to personal information we collect and use for our own business purposes, including through www.silhouetteadvisors.com (the “Site”), through our email and business communications, and in connection with our relationships with clients, prospective clients, referral sources, counterparties, potential purchasers, and other professional contacts.

    When we process personal information solely on behalf of a client in connection with an engagement — including information contained in assets we are engaged to market, sell, or transfer — we process that information under the client’s instructions and our agreement with the client; the client’s privacy notice may also apply. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available under applicable law.

    1. Information We Collect

    Information You Provide Directly

    When you submit a contact or inquiry form, correspond with us by email, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, business affiliation and title, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or transaction-critical information through the Site’s contact forms, which are not intended for such information. The Site’s contact forms are not a secure channel, and submitting information through them does not create an engagement or any confidential or fiduciary relationship with us.

    Information Collected Automatically

    When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site.

    Information From Third-Party and Public Sources

    In the ordinary course of business development, we may obtain business contact information — such as names, titles, employers, and professional email addresses — from public sources, professional networking platforms, industry events and conferences, and reputable third-party providers. We use this information to identify and communicate with professionals who may have an interest in our services and potential buyers of assets we sell. Where we send commercial email, we honor opt-out requests as described in Section 7.

    2. How We Use Information

    We use the information we collect to:

    • respond to your inquiries and provide information you request;
    • provide, administer, and improve our advisory and brokerage services;
    • communicate with clients, referral sources, counterparties, and professional contacts, including sending engagement-related updates, deal announcements, and marketing communications consistent with applicable law;
    • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
    • conduct business development and identify potential clients, buyers, and counterparties;
    • comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
    • detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and other misuse.

    3. Cookies, Analytics, and Online Tracking

    The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use the Site. We may permit third-party analytics providers to use these technologies to collect information about activity on the Site. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

    Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, the Site does not respond to them except where required by applicable law. We honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when required by applicable law.

    4. How We Disclose Information

    We do not sell personal information that we collect for our own business purposes, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/ affiliates for marketing/ promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. As described above, when we process personal information solely on behalf of a client, we do so under the client’s instructions and applicable agreements. We may disclose personal information covered by this Policy as follows:

    • Service providers. To vendors that perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, email and customer-relationship-management platforms, analytics, and information-technology and security providers — who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
    • Clients and transaction participants. To clients, prospective clients, potential purchasers, counterparties, and other transaction participants when reasonably necessary to provide our services, facilitate a transaction, or respond to an inquiry.
    • Professional advisors. To our attorneys, accountants, insurers, and similar advisors, as reasonably necessary.
    • Legal and regulatory. When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Silhouette Advisors, our clients, or others.
    • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or other transaction involving all or part of our business.
    • With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to its disclosure.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account the duration of our relationship, applicable legal, regulatory, and professional obligations, the need to resolve disputes or enforce agreements, and applicable backup and deletion cycles. We then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify the information.

    6. How We Protect Information

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal information we maintain and designed to protect it against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    7. Your Choices and Rights

    Marketing Communications

    You may opt out of our commercial email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting us using the information in Section 12. We will process your request within the period required by applicable law.

    State Privacy Rights

    Privacy laws in certain states may provide residents with rights concerning their personal information, subject to the applicability, limitations, and exceptions of those laws. These rights may include the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 12. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority to make the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights provided by applicable law. If applicable law permits an appeal of our decision, you may submit an appeal by contacting us and stating that your request is an appeal.

If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

    9. Third-Party Links

    The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

    10. International Visitors

    We are based in the United States and operate the Site from the United States. If you access the Site or communicate with us from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law provides you with privacy rights, we will honor those rights as required.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.
